BR19: The kiss : Love stories from North America

     Today I read "The kiss : Love stories from North America", a book in the Oxford University Press series. It was written by Jennifer Bassett and illustrated by Alan Marks.


     Love stories a difference... There is a kiss by a fireside that was a mistake, there is a man-hating aunt by the seaside, and a gunman in Texas wanting a fight. There is a write heron fling over a forest, and a messager running between to benches in a park. And of course, there is a girl who meets a boy.These love stories are by US writers Kate Chopin, Stephen Crane, Sarah Orne Jewett, O. Henry, and  Canadian writer Lucy Maud Montgomery.


     This is so good love story. When I grow up, I want to love like this. If you are interested, please read is. I recommend it.
