Today I read "The Jungle Book", a book in the Oxford Bookworms Library series. It was written by Rudyard Kipling, retold by Ralph Mowat, and illustrated by Siobhan Russell.
In the jungle of Southern India the Seeonee Wolf- Pack has a new cub. He is not a wolf- he is Mowgli, a hugan child, but he knows nothing of the world of men. He lives and hunts with his brothers the wolves. Baloo the bear and Bagheera the panther are his friends and teachers. And shere Khan, the man-eating tiger, is his energy. Kipling's famous story of Mowgli's adventures in the jungle has been loved by young and old for more than hundred years.
At the climax, the scene that moogle the girl and went into the village was a little sad. But it's a so interested story. So if you are inetersted, please read it. I recommend it.
